|This Works Sleep Balm & This Works Dream Team duo - £6 each (sale price)|
Its clear to see if you read any of the widely read beauty blogs, the product on every ones lips is This Works Sleep Balm or the equally adored Pillow Spray. The tiny 10g pot of Lavender scented balm is designed to dab onto pulse points and temples before sleeping. The soothing blend of lavender, coconut and monoi oils relaxes and calms you before drifting off into a slumber. I always feel a little sceptical about miracle products like the sleep balm but since reading rave reviews for months, I cannot wait to give it a go. Luckily I chanced upon the This Works sale whilst browsing online when I couldn't sleep (ironic hey?) and I couldn't say no at the bargain price of £6. Another point that forced me to click 'Add to Basket' was the adorable bauble packaging, Perfect storage if your ditzy like me and lose small pots. The packaging on This Works products is beautiful and they come lovingly gift wrapped! Also in the sale were the Dream Team duo, Deep Sleep Pillow Spray and the Stress Less roller-ball, £6 and perfect for testing the little vials before jumping in to try the full size versions. I will try anything to help me sleep as I despise still being awake at gone 3 in the morning, twiddling my thumbs. The heady mix of lavender, patchouli and wild chamomile packed into the Pillow Spray is to be misted over your pillow and bedding before sleeping, again designed to relax and soothe you into a restful beauty sleep. I love the strong patchouli undertone, its a personal favourite essential oil so its quite a comforting smell for me. The Stress Less roller-ball is perfect to carry around in my bag with me, as I can get quite stressy, very easily so I'm hoping it will aid me in staying calmer.
I will be testing the Sleep Balm tonight, fingers crossed for a long, well needed beauty sleep catch up!
